😊: Close to the train station, clear instructions when we eventually managed to get check instructions.. 😢: Communication has been an issue with no responses to our messages both on booking.com and via WhatsApp, and before and after checkin. No toilet paper, and no bed sheet for sofa bed, and no gel in the apartment, and there was no response. Dirty and very old bed sheet for sofa bed. Plus someone turned up on Sunday telling us that we are supposed to check out when check out was on Monday. We ended up buying a 6 pack toilet paper which we left. Overall very poor customer service..
