😊: Fantastic accomodation. Great location..

😊: Spacious, well decorated apartment. Lovely town with friendly locals but there the good bits end. We had a grim stay and would not use this property again.. 😢: The property sits in an alleyway with closed down shops opposite the front entrance. Parking is 140m away and you cannot stop on the street even to unload as you need a remote to drop the electronic bollard to get out of the street again. The key is provided in a lock box attached to the railing gate. It requires considerable dexterity to open through the bars as it is on the inside while you are stuck outside. We were told a card would be provided for the parking but it took several messages to the manager, who did not answer a call from us to discover the key was jammed at the bottom of the key safe. So more fiddling required to get it open and force the card out. The heating was off in the apartment and it was freezing, several messages again to get this operational but the unit in the lounge was inadequate and never did heat the place. The towel rail in the shower room does not work and the wall unit is temperamental. The wall electric heater in the bedroom is also problematic as it becomes red hot and the curtains close over it. There is no way to pin them out of the way so we had to switch it off for fear of causing a fire. The result was that we were frozen all night and barely slept. My husband braced the shower but I chickened out. It is basic to expect to be warm in an apartment you have paid to rent and to be able to shower. There are no instructions for the heating in the apartment which would have negated time spent trying to contact the manager. The bed had 4 decorative cushions but no pillows........? On pulling back the bedroom curtain in the morning, I found two acro props rammed into the window space. It was the same in the other bedroom. On going to the rear patio where you can clearly see the bedroom windows, it became clear that the building has, in our opinion, quite bad structural issues. All in all it was grim..

😊: Perfect communication, very clean, very confortable, easy acces , parking very nearby. 😢: Nothing.
