Le Pavillon Ponthieu - Champs-Élysées

Wonderful apartment, plenty of space for our two families. The host is very responsive and welcoming. You can’t beat this location - walkable to many sites, restaurants and shopping but still quiet at night so you can sleep. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience/stay. The location is at the heart of Paris with immediate access to Champs-Elysees, the most beautiful avenue in Paris.

Is this the best VRBO in Paris? I don't know the answer to that question, but this place is AMAZING! The location is right off the Champs-Élysées and a short 5-minute walk to the nearest Metro station. Property was as-described and the printed guide detailing all the appliances and checkout process was a nice touch. If we go back to Paris, we will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful place, immaculate, friendly hospitality and close to many of the attractions Paris has to offer.As a person in a wheelchair I appreciated the efforts that have been made to make this property accessible including an accessible bathroom, a lift, and a ramp for the front door. Unfortunately, I was unable to get over the toilet with my commode (too high). Getting out of the lift was also a little intimidating without anybody else around as directly opposite the lift is a steep staircase. There was also a very small lip into the shower which involved a little bit of lifting.Overall, both of our families enjoyed this indulgence.

Our party of 7 enjoyed our 5-day stay immensely. Host was super communicative and responsive. Check-in process was a breeze. Great location - Vibrant neighborhood, coffee shops, Brasseries, Boulangerie, and paid parking within 1 block and the Champs-Élysées are a 1 minute walk via indoor mall cut-through. Felt safe in neighborhood in addition to multiple apartment doorway entry codes. We did have a handicapped person with us which made it imperative to have an elevator and an accessible bathroom with roll-in shower on the first floor. Of note, to conserve energy all bedroom doors need to be shut for the A/C to work (person inside needs to turn it on). Nicely stocked kitchen, fridge with water filtration & ice maker, USB chargers all over the place, washer/dryer. The photos on the website are indicative of the unit. Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay immensely due to the amazing location (minutes to The Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, & numerous stores & shops). We felt safe as there were multiple entry codes. My elderly parents appreciated the in-unit lift so that they didn't need to use the stairs. As it reached the low-90s while we were in Paris, having air conditioning was a great treat. Of note, to conserve energy all bedroom doors & windows need to be shut for the A/C to work (person inside needs to turn it on). We made use of the nicely stocked kitchen, fridge with water filtration & ice maker, and washer/dryer. We appreciated that Azur Café was right next door & opened at 7am for delicious coffee. Maison Lucie is one block away had amazing pastries, bread, & sandwiches. Jerome & Georgina were easily accessible to answer any questions before and during our stay. 😊: The location and cleanliness of the house was impeccable. All instructions were adequate upon arrival. Georgina who greeted us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. It is a very big house, crowded groups can easily prefer it. Thank you for everything.

😊: Great location, 2min walk to Champs-Élysées, 10min to Arc de Triomphe, excellent restaurants nearby, grocery shops, pharmacies, everything. Place is very comfortable, perfect for a larger group, well equipped with modern technology and tastefully decorated.. 😢: it is a two story apartment, but there's an accessible room on the ground floor and an elevator to the second where the kitchen and dining/sitting rooms are..
