😢: They missed the booking and gave us a used room with no cleaning at all. A McDonald's happy meal on the table, dirty kitchen and a toilet in awful conditions with no toilet paper. We immediately asked for cleaning and fresh bed linen for the next day and they did not provide! At all. Nothing! When asking for a refund, given that we had no service they simply say that they will take into account my feedback but they refuse any compensation. It was a really bad experience. Please, make sure that you book with the hotel with the same name rather than this private host..
