Le Pendentif - climatisé, Cathédrale, 3 chambres

😊: Fantastic location right in the middle of the old town but quiet at night. An easy walk from the train station and to restaurants and shops. The square around the corner had fantastic bars for coffee and wine. The host was excellent and was there within 10 minutes when we had a problem which he solved quickly - thank you!. 😢: Attention to detail on some of the basics given the price being charged, e.g. hand soap was almost empty, coffee maker didn't work, floors were not properly cleaned. Easier communication when using booking for reservation. I had separate communication on booking and whats app from 3 different people for check in (and 2 in French which required translation). This was ok just added a level of admin which could be avoided..

😊: We loved the location and it was spacious. The furnishings are simple but appropriate.. 😢: It needs some maintenance and a good clean, particularly the coffee maker and bathroom floor. There was a problem with the air conditioner and whilst the fan worked, there was no heat, so we were quite cold. The light above the front door did not seem to be working and we were groping for our phone light and wrestling keys to enter. The vinyl flooring in the sitting room is torn and it is a trip hazard..

😊: The location and the 3 separate rooms.. 😢: Small bathroom and some parts of the walls were with water marks but it didn’t smell wet..
