😊: Old world charm. 😢: It was pretty cold inside-even during sunny weather. There are lots of rather strict and bossy notices about what to do an not do. They insisted on me providing a double payment for bedding then refused to refund a payment despite me providing receipts. They failed to respond to several polite requests to have the situation rectified.
