😊: Quiet top floor and private Excellent air conditioning in all rooms esp in 35 degrees weather Private parking Location brilliant few steps from carrefour and intermarche for groceries. Next to Piscine (aquatic centre)- great for kids ! Washing machine, kitchen utensils dishwasher big PLUS. 😢: No Lift 4th floor, but wasnt an issue for us and lil toddler with buggy. (We are thankful for our good health ! )A few things to improve on , communicated privately..

A fantastic flat for a...<br>#128578; We love a lot about the flat: it was very clean, very well equipped and had air-conditioning! It was also in perfectly located in the city centre. It was quiet at night and the car park was secured by an electronic metal gate.<br>#128577; We struggled with it being on the 4th floor. We also wished there was a freezer as it would have been handy to have ice lollies in a freezer for the children. The sofa wasn't the comfiest, but we weren't often in the flat so it didn't really matter that much.
