Le perchoir, studio avec mezzanine

😊: I suffer from artrosis and need a hot bath to linger pain after walking. This apartment has an excellent bathtub and warm water provision. The location is basically inside the historic part of Arras and everything can be found by walking. Parking is paid but for €5 you can park a day. My car stood 2 meters from the front door. Finally, I accidentally took the key with me back home and the reaction was quite friendly (of course I returned it asap).. 😢: The instructions for the first entrance are not logical. I advice that you follow the necessary actions: 1. Open de front door with code xxx 2. Look for the key locker in the yyy 3. The key locker code is zzz etc. If your physical condition is less than good the lack of a grip to help finding the first sport of the ladder to the ground floor is difficult. It was rather cold directly under the roof but I couldn’t find instructions for the heating..

😊: Lovely clean apartment with everything I needed.. 😢: I didn't mind the loft but it is a very high ladder so don't stay here if you feel unsteady or need to get up in the night..
