Superb<br>#128578; Spacious small house next to an RTV parking lot. It is located conveniently near Yvoire and Evian. It was very clean and had an extremely well equipped kitchen. It has two toilets, which are nice to have if you stay there in a group. The bathroom and shower were clean. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. Each room has a ceiling fan and shutters. In our opinion, the current rating avg. is clearly well below from what we experienced. Maybe there were some recent renovations or ...<br>#128577; If this was my property, I would install fly nets on each window. That would allow the guests to open the windows at night without fear of being eaten alive by mosquitoes. Small investment would bring a big benefit for the quests.

Superb<br>#128578; Loved the location, very private. The house is very spacious and comfortable.<br>#128577; The rooster next door was relentless and started his crowing very very early in the morning every day. The rental is not at fault for that but it's a fact.

Superb accommodation in a lovely...<br>#128578; Such good value for money and it was exactly as described. The host was extremely helpful, and responded to our questions immediately. The facilities in the property were excellent and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again if we visited the area in the future.
