😊: The flat is spacious and neat. There is a subway station nearby too.. 😢: We stayed in January 2026 and upon arrival the flat was extremely cold. After the heating was turned on and set to 19 degrees Celsius, we were told the flat would get warmer and comfortable but it wasn’t really the case. We spent two nights and at around 1-2am every night the electricity went down causing quite a cold wake up and impossibility to use any of the flats’ facilities. On top, the flat owner held the majority of the deposit amount for no reason, which brought many escalations to booking.com and my bank so it could get refunded..
