😊: The apartment is lovely and well-located, with excellent communication from the owner.. 😢: Accessing the apartment is challenging due to a smelly and dirty courtyard. The building is noisy at night because of neighbours, and there is a noticeable smell of smoke. The house lacks lighting; when we arrived, we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor in complete darkness, which was quite uncomfortable..
