Gut gelegen, sauber, ruhig, mit...<br>#128578; Ruhiges Zimmer, nette Gestaltung (mit Leiter zum Bett! natürlich muß man das können), gut ausgestattet, vom Bahnhof aus leicht zu finden, nahe (ca. 5–7 Min) zum wichtigen ÖPNV-Knoten „Place Victor Hugo“. Nett wirkender und schnell antwortender Gastgeber.<br>#128577; Ganz leicht feuchte Luft im Wohnzimmer und hörbare Lüftung. Allerdings ist das zwar merkbar aber nicht wirklich störend. Es gibt auch keinen Schimmel und alles ist sauber. Keine wirklich schöne Aussicht aber das ist kein Problem, wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung bleiben möchte – das sollte man ja auch nicht, da Grenoble schön ist :).

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; J'ai passé un moment fabuleux comme si j'étais chez moi. Vraiment je suis totalement satisfait. C'est un petit bout de paradis à Grenoble avec la célèbre place Victor Hugo. Agréable, confortable. La sensation d'être chez soi à la maison. Vraiment je suis totalement satisfait. J'ai gardé de très bonnes impressions sur mon habitat le Championnet T2 et mon hôte Keny.<br>#128577; L'emplacement des poubelles juste à la devanture de l'appartement.

Parfait pour une étape à...<br>#128578; La situation très centrale, le calme, le lit confortable, l'excellent rapport qualité/prix.<br>#128577; Manque un peu de "glamour" : au fond d'une cour étroite, et vraiment tout petit (attention à l'accès à la chambre par une échelle plutôt qu'un escalier).

Excellent location, great host, very...<br>#128578; Very cosy apartment. Great location. Adequate kitchen supplies. Very responsive host, as we arrived to some broken appliances which were quickly replaced.<br>#128577; The couch was a bit uncomfortable, the lack of an oven was a bit inconvenient and the hot water was insufficient to maintain a hot shower for more than a few minutes.
