😊: charming dwarf house in a small alley, with a pleasant courtyard, everything freshly renovated and decorated with taste. Modern and spacious shower Good location in the center of Gevrey, close by to the Rotisserie. 😢: 1) the bed is terrible : intense back pain during two days, and is very small, very difficult for 2 to sleep on it 2) to access the bedroom you need to use an old wooden staircase that is extremely difficult to climb, and there is no railing at all. If you are a bit older or overweight, forget about it 3) the description mentions a second bed, and there is none, only a sofa. This is a lie. 4) the description mentions an available parking, but it is actually forbidden to park in the street, and the little square at the end of the street is always full: no parking space in a radius of 300 meters ! 5) the host did not provide information about how to find the house, and there is no number 13 sign in the street, and no sign in the alley: with the name of the house: we had to try which each door (there are 4-5) in the alley, after guessing that next to number 11 it must be 13..... Took time and was stressful. 6) inside is very dark, you need to have all lights switched on during the day 7) you can't walk around the bed, so the second person has somehow to jump over 8) unpleasant conversation with the host, who was annoyed by my call about instructions to open the door> She was not friendly at all. 9) contrary to the description, there is no long chair available in the courtyard 10) very long and complex password for the Wi-Fi, had to try several times 11) if you need to use the toilet during the night, you need to use the dangerous stairs 13) everything is extremely exiguous inside, so no comfort.

😊: The accommodation was conveniently located and included everything you could need for a short or long stay. It separated to have been newly refurbished to a high standard as it was pristine, whilst also very clean and tidy. The building and surrounding are beautiful. The host was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. We’ll definitely try to book again the next time we’re in the area.. 😢: The bed was a little too firm for us, but this is a preference rather than a criticism..
