Le Petit Debrousse, Confort calme et Parking

😊: Nice location near the center in a quiet and green neighbourhood. The studio isn't big but equipped with all essentials. Communication was quick and accurate. We also used the visitors' car parking which was convenient.. 😢: The balcony is not usable. As another review (posted in May) mentioned - it is dirty, dusty and spiders are still camping on the furniture. And I don't think guests should be required to do the dishes and throw their garbage before leaving..

😊: An apartment is normally better than a hotel. It had a balcony but on the ground floor without a view. Walking down the hill to the river was quick and easy but a taxi back to avoid the hill was easier. On site parking behind security gates. Once by the river the location is very good - close to the old town with many restaurants and tourist shops. Cross the river and it is approaching the heart of the city so a nice circuit for 1 day. The lady who looked after us was very pleasant but because of family commitments that day she could not let us in before 7pm. She is very easy to contact via the booking.com messaging system. There is an elevator but a few steps to get to the foyer from outside.. 😢: Late check in but maybe just that day..

😊: Nice and calm place at good location. Very friendly host.. 😢: There was no air conditioning and it was extremely hot during the whole stay. The apartment is not so vast and spacious..

😊: We liked the balcony where we could sit. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well equipped. Good microwave. Good hot shower.. 😢: We booked the property because it had parking but it was visitor parking and not available to us because it was reserved for tradesmen working the next morning. Plumbing noises from our toilet and surrounding apartments using water disturbed our sleep. The pipes don’t seem to be lagged and are very noisy..
