😊: A small, but very nice place with almost everything you need for a stay in Rouen. Clean cozy room, perfect location, great host who responds quickly to messages.. 😢: Just a few minor things: it'd be great if there were a bathroom mat and towel hangers, a second larger mirror, and a cattle.

😊: Location. 😢: The place is very small, which is fine, but difficult to understand from the photos. Bathroom rug should be replaced by a new one. The utensils are very limited, there is a need in a normal knife and a bottle opener and wine glasses (we are in France after all)..

😊: Great location. 😢: The apartment is quite small and modestly equipped. The bed linen and pillows appeared to be well used, and the decorative pillowcases could benefit from more careful cleaning. There were two bath towels and an older bath mat available. The kitchen is more suitable for reheating food rather than cooking, as it is equipped mainly with a microwave. A kettle, cutting knives, and a cutting board were not available, and there were two plates and two cups. Overall, this accommodation may be best suited for one person who plans to eat out or rely on takeaway options.

😊: Excellent value, very central location with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our host was most helpful too.. 😢: We loved the modern facilities but a kettle would be great and the bed was very squeaky so needs some attention..
