😊: The studio is well-situated and clean. And well organized. The studio faces the school of fine arts and it situated very close to a number of shops, which includes a very good health shop. It is close to the historic centre of Poitiers.. 😢: One can hear the neighbour above very well and the window opens up onto the street at ground level..
