Le petit Niçois - Vielle ville - 150m de la mer

😊: In the heart of Old Nice, very pleasant host. Even though we stayed contactless, we were impressed with welcome basket and beach items to use. Had everything we needed inside, well conditioned apartment (very important during summer season). 😢: For us it did not matter much, but note that flat is on top floor of building and there is no elevator. Might be challenging if you stay with small children..

😊: Very cozy place located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Nice. The host was very friendly and quick to respond and even provided us with a welcome basket full of snacks. The accommodations also came with much appreciated air conditioning. Overall the equipment of the place was excellent and the whole stay was very comfortable.. 😢: The only thing that might be an issue for some people is that the room is located on the fifth floor with no elevator and the narrow staircase sometimes got very hot. This wasn't a problem for us though..
