😊: Very spacious, clean, modern apartment. Only a short journey into the city centre via bus/car. A great place to stay close to the city which gives you the opportunity to explore Reims and connect to other places such as Paris..

😢: In this review, I will simply describe the facts and leave readers to draw their own conclusions. I booked and paid for this property through Booking.com the day before arrival. I received a confirmation, and everything seemed perfectly normal. On the morning of our arrival, I checked my messages, saw nothing new, informed the host that we would arrive around 6:00 p.m., and set off with my family. After spending the entire day on the road, we arrived at the property in Reims at the agreed time. Only then did I discover a message from the host stating that a €300 security deposit was required and that access to the accommodation would only be granted after payment. The message contained a link to a third-party website for the payment. This came as an unpleasant surprise. Although I had not noticed this requirement beforehand, I was willing to pay the deposit to avoid disrupting our trip. I followed the link, entered my card details, and attempted to make the payment, but the transaction failed twice. At that point, I assumed there was an issue either with the payment system or bank. It was raining, my child was exhausted after more than eight hours of travel, and we still had no check-in instructions. I contacted the host via WhatsApp, explained that we were already at the property, and asked for an alternative way to pay the deposit, possibly in cash. I received no response at all. I then contacted Booking.com support. They also tried to reach the property, but the host failed to respond within the required 45-minute period. During this entire time, my family and I had to wait in the car outside the property. Fortunately, Booking.com support resolved the situation by cancelling the reservation, arranging a refund, and providing a discount for alternative accommodation. I eventually found another place to stay, but the whole process took considerable time and caused unnecessary stress. So, this is the level of service and reliability you can expect from this property.

😊: Very clean and comfortable. Good kitchen and facilities..

😊: Spacious appartement, large kitchen with all equipment (dish washer, oven, huge fridge) and living room. Nice balcony. Private parking space (parking garage, a bit small, you can enhance your driving skills). Quite neighborhood. Easy whatsapp contact with owners. Clear instructions on how to find and how to enter the appartement.. 😢: Bathroom is ok-ish but lacks a proper ventilation and paint work can be refreshed. Bed seems a bit small..

😊: It was a lovely stay and very clean and hosts message you to make sure everything is okay and lifts in property which is handy when u have babies. 😢: Didn't really have time to experience the room as we got late and left early Everything went well on our stay.
