Le petit nous- Gîte cosy avec jacuzzi en Anjou

😊: Upon arrival we found a very generous supply of bread, brioche, cereals, butter etc for a continental breakfast for us to prepare ourselves which was unclear from the description on Booking.com. The accommodation had a small garden plot which was useful for the dog to be able to go outside. The bed was comfortable, although against a wall on one side.. 😢: Throughout our stay, a dog in the garden immediately behind the accommodation, with an interlinking gate, repeatedly barked and howled every time we were at the property, including at 2am, 4am etc which disrupted our sleep. At one point the dog got out into the road as we arrived which was a little worrying. The parking in front of the property was a rough piece of land almost exactly the size of our car, whilst next to the property there was a larger piece of ground blocked by a heap of earth which perhaps could be cleared to allow customer parking. The description on Booking.com does not fit the property. It clearly calls this a "one-bedroom house" whilst in fact it is a single room studio. The description carries on to state that "it comprises of a kitchenette, one bedroom and one bathroom" which is misleading. There is no bathroom as stated, offering privacy whilst washing, just a separate toilet with the rather untidy water heater, and a jacuzzi-bath in the multipurpose single studio area. For this reason we found the description misleading. The door through between the one-bedroomed property and the garden failed to lock. Although the only valuables we had were two laptops, cameras, backup devices, with us, this would have been difficult had we had jewellery and other valuables which had to be left in the unlocked property, accessible from a garden with roads on 2 sides. Instructions on using the air conditioning, the jacuzzi, the microwave and the coffee maker were not made available..
