😊: Everything about the room was fantastic All the facilities were brilliant. 😢: The building entrance was a ghost Plus, the light had a timer I think the timer needs to be removed with a motion sensor... because when light goes off it becomes scary Stairs are also old and not recommended for elderly.

😢: AVOID THIS PROPERTY. Arrived and property unclean with used dirty bedding, facilities and bathroom from previous guests. There is no 24 hour front desk (just a key safe) - had to involve booking com because it was not cleaned. They eventually sent a cleaner but he spent 20mins and water on the floor and very dusty in places. Sent photos to the property company. Very cold property - radiator emits low level heating and can’t shut curtains without it being a fire hazard as the blue colour has melted on the radiator. We only stayed one night out of three because of the fire and safety hazard, it being very cold and not being able to shut the curtains when radiator on. Only thin duvet, no blankets. The property agreed with booking com to refund the two nights we didn’t stay. I have messaged frequently and they have not responded. I have more photos but can only upload a few on here - show how the property was when we arrived and the fire hazard radiator. Happy to provide all photos to booking com for investigation..

😊: The room was nice and very quiet. Had all the kitchen equipment needed and the coffee was so nice. Location was excellent near to the old town and 20 min walk from the centre. Overall good value for money. Strong WiFi.. 😢: The TV wasn't working at all! The room seemed clean but the toilet wasn't really clean... I had to clean it myself... The room had an electric heater but not very powerful to make the room warm enough. The bed wasn't very comfy, me and my partner had a back pain every morning..

😢: The bathroom was very little.
