1 semaine dans le nord Gite tout confort matériel et ce que nous avons utilisé fonctionne.le Gite est situé dans un lieu calme.La véranda est un plus sympa .Le seul point,négatif et c'est dommageable pour un lieu de sommeil est la literie est beaucoup, beaucoup trop ferme .

Havre de détente Si vous aimez la campagne, le calme ce site est parfait. Son charme réside dans l'immense véranda orientée plein sud où il fait bon lire, tricoter, perler et déjeuner...

mediocre location for winter holiday We hereby enclose our comments for our stay in Petit Senlis, December 2024. We booked the Gite for 2 adults and 1 dog. Our booking included extra daily charges for the dog and extra charge for final cleanup. We arrived a quarter of an hour ealier , it was raining and cold and we had to wait until exactly 4 o clock. The owner did not speak English, but our basic French was just about enough to communicate. It was not a warm welcome , the house was cold. The heating in the house had not yet been switched on. She was very fussy on our dog, covering all seats and sofas with sheets. She emphasized that no dogs were allowed in the sleeping rooms and on the carpet and the sofa, also asking us to extra vacuüm clean during our stay, and before departure. We did not feel welcome. Internet was very poor quality. The WIFI-signal was provided with a slave transmitter from the owners house next door. Only one of our mobile phones could log in. For the second phone the signal was too weak. Very annoying. The heating system turned out to be a brand new system, with a central control unit and electronic thermal valves on each radiator. It was extremely instable and very noisy. The first 2 nights we could hardly sleep due to the noise and temperature overshoot, when the heating system switched on and off. We communicated by phone with the son of Mrs Urbain, and we heard that it had not been tested yet. We suggested to switch off the auto-control at night. Next day the son came along, he spoke some English, was friendly and helpful. We agreed to operate the system in On/Off manual mode.

Great, comfortable stay felt like...<br>#128578; Perfect Location close to sea side (3/4 hours drive) and main town Hesdin (15 min drive) beautiful country side. Very kind, caring and helpful host. Own gated secure parking.

Property was pretty. Beds old facilities non existant and excess charges for everything. The woman running it wasn,t just rude she screamed at us for 15 minutes this morning when we argued. Over the excess payments, which in the end we paid so we could leave. There was no air cooling system not even a fan. No smoke alarms. The hot water was scolding. Hows that for a happy holiday.
