Le petit Versailles - Appartement centre Grenoble

😊: Location, clean rooms, well equipped appartment.. 😢: No shower gel, hand soap on minimum, no liquid detergent for dishes, no kitchen towels..

😊: Location: walkable to train station, and close access to tram lines. Terrific authentic farmers market in adjacent street, operates most days, great for self catering. Secure building.. 😢: Absence of management: something has gone aray? Examples: Photos were provided for the location of the outside keybox - we could not locate it. After repeated statements that we were looking in the wrong place - new photos with revised location then arrived. All occurring in the street, with luggage, at 4pm in the Grenoble cold. On getting entry to the apartment there was no heat, it was freezing. There were no written instructions, at all, for the apartment stay. So had to contact management for instructions on the heating, and later on the TV, and garbage etc.

😊: Spacious, good decor and comfortable.. 😢: Very hard to access, we were lucky that a passer by let us into the main building. Also that it was daytime and not at night. We were able to talk to someone on the phone but still a bit stressful getting in.

😊: Lovely apartment beautifully renovated..
