Le 'PHILIBERT'

😊: Loved the central location, really in the heart of lots of local restaurant and business and connections for transport. Spacious living, great for groups of people coming together. Has all amenities in the apartment which was useful if we wanted to prepare snacks or drinks and other foods. 😢: Hot Water limitation - we were not aware (until the hot water run out) there is a limit on the hot water use for the day. 4 women stayed so more quick showers. Otherwise couldn’t fault the place. Perhaps some deep cleaning around the bathroom and floors!.

😊: The location. Comfortable beds. Shower gel provided. Coffee pods, good range of glasses and crockery. There is a wall bracket for the shower over the bath (see a previous comment).. 😢: Could be darker curtains in main bedroom, can't close shutters.

😊: The location is awesome, very walkable, close to public transport and everything you need to see around town. Also liked the fact that it has 2 bathrooms, which is rare in older European flats. There's a small elevator which is helpful if you have luggage to haul upstairs.. 😢: -The property manager meeting us for check-in did not show up on time, despite being notified of our arrival time. I also texted her when leaving the airport to let her know we were on our way, but once we got there, there was no one there. I called her several times without an answer. This means we were stranded outside on a cold February night for about an hour after a very long flight from Canada. When she finally showed up, she said give me a few minutes to go check everything! That was another 15 minutes wait for something that should've been done before our arrival. -Inside the unit could use more deep cleaning, the area rug is so dirty, bordering on disgusting. Bathrooms were okay. Beds were fairly comfortable, but the living room furniture is very basic and quite uncomfortable to hang out in. -The supplies were very skimpy for 3 people on a 10 day stay; towels, toilet papers, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. There were a bunch of empty containers of dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, oil, coffee capsules, etc. in the cupboards that she pointed out when showing the unit; only to find out later that they were empty. If you advertise a washing machine, it's a reasonable expectation to also provide the detergent, same with the coffee maker. Guests shouldn't be running around to find certain coffee capsules or buy a whole container of detergent for one load of laundry..
