Good value for money.<br>#128578; The lady, her helping hand young guy, the neighbours who live more regularly in this house are very friendly. The neighborhood is peaceful and very local (heard that everyone knows each other. I was treated very friendly and helped by the passengers on the street here.) There are many "immigrants-looking" families living here and I love the diversity and lively vibe this community has. The facilities in the room and yard are very simple but fits the price of accommodation. I'm 1....<br>#128577; I walked 1.4km from the closest Metro station every time. As a traveller to Paris, I found it a little tiring. It's a wooden floor old house. Therefore it's normal that the talking sound of neighbours at the same floor can be heard a little.
