😊: The view was absolutely incredible. It opens up right to the sea and the ramparts - beautiful place to sit and have a quiet breakfast and read. I almost didn't want to leave the apartment every day. Location was great - near enough to restaurants but not right next to them so it's nice and quiet. the window with the sea view opens to the ramparts so maybe people can see in even from the 3rd floor but it wasn't an issue for me.. 😢: There's a lot of comments about the stairs to the apartment and it's all true haha. It is a bit dangerous if you're not looking carefully. The stairs begin right in front of the door so it might be hard to bring up if you have big bags or even a normal cabin roller bag. However, as long as you're careful it's all ok..

😊: So much to like. If you want to visit Saint Malo, you really need time to see it well. Staying Intra Muros is the best way. Inside the walls the view from Le Plongeoir is just awesome. I would sit at the window at different times to check out su set and sun rise. The dishwasher and washing machine are perfect if you have been travelling for a while. This is our 6th week away so units are great to catch up on everything.. 😢: Our holiday is going to include a 50 day walk from Le Puy en Velay to St Jean Pied de Port, so we are fit. We had no trouble with the third floor stairs. I am 70. The spiral stairs case is steep and narrow. It is something to consider if you have heavy cases. Be warned, that this could be an issue. HOWEVER, the apartment has evetything you could need. If you are fit and dont have much baggage it is perfect !!.

😊: Amazing view from apartment windows. Very well located to walk the battlements and town. 😢: Third floor apartment with wooden spiral staircase only access. We are older and have big bags very difficult. No mention of this prior..

petit espace très bien pour 2. situation proche des remparts, de la plage du Bon secours et de son plongeoir. vue sur le petit Bé et la mer très sympa. accès à pieds à tous commerces et restaurants intra muros. 25 minutes à pieds de la gare SNCF.

Bonjour, L’apparteMent est bien situé proche du centre et de la plage bon secours L’apparteMent est tres bien équipé et decoré : outils de cuisine, plaque induction, aspirateur Dyson Nous avons passer un tres bon sejour. Les points a signaler néanmoins : - eviter les grosses valises: c’est au 3eme etage sans ascenseur avec escalier etroit tournant. Il serait bon d’indiquer cette information dans l’annoNce. De même, pour eviter les escalier si vous arrivez en bus de la gare, passer par la grande allée commerçante pour monter a l’appartement qui se situe dans la partie haute de la ville intra muros, vous eviterez ainsi les escaliers - l’appartement N’est pas tres grand donc je le conseille plutôt pour les couples - point negatif: l’entree est tres dangeureuse car directement dans l’escalier donc attention aux jeunes enfants et personnes âgées. Mais on s’y fait :-) - seul équipement manquant : un petit etendoir pour profitez de la presence fe la machine a laver
