😊: Nothing. 😢: We booked the entire place to ourselves only to find someone occupying 1 of the ensuite rooms when we arrived. The owner had double booked knowing full well the situation, as the gentleman told us he was contacted 2 weeks before to cancel his booking. He refused. If the owner had let us know ,I would have cancelled the booking. We had to share the facilities with a complete stranger. Not acceptable. The owner did not answer my call or calls from Booking.Com..
