Magnifique paysage et cadre plein de caractère. Le Pressoir était très spacieux et dégageait une véritable atmosphère du XVIII? siècle. Laurent a été un hôte chaleureux et a répondu immédiatement à toutes mes questions. Les chevaux et les chiens présents sur la propriété ont ajouté au charme des lieux, et le trampoline ainsi que l'aire de jeux ont fait le bonheur des enfants. Nous avons même profité d'une partie de pétanque près des écuries.

Amazing place We had an amazing week-long stay in Le Pressoir, one of the beautiful cottages on this charming estate. Our host, Laurent, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile. The property itself feels like something out of a fairy tale, with its historic half-timbered buildings, colourful flowers, winding streams, and peaceful ponds. Horses graze and run in the surrounding fields, adding to the idyllic atmosphere. The house was extremely spacious and perfectly suited for our family of five. We loved the character of the interior, with its exposed timber beams, beautiful fireplace, and authentic Norman charm. Each cottage has its own private outdoor area, and we enjoyed many meals outside, grilling and relaxing in the evenings. Our four-year-old absolutely loved the grounds and the many little nooks and corners where she could play and explore. The swimming pool was beautiful, with comfortable sun loungers and plenty of space to relax. Despite being shared with guests from the other cottages, it often felt like our own private retreat, and on many afternoons we had the pool entirely to ourselves. There was also a well-equipped gym with all the essential machines needed for a good workout, which was a welcome bonus during our stay. You do need a car to stay here, but with one, everything is within easy reach. Pont-l'Évêque is only a short drive away, offering excellent bakeries, fresh local produce, and wonderful charcuterie. Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, the property is also perfectly positioned for exploring charming Norman villages in every direction, visit local Cider and Calvados destilleries, as well as the nearby coast. This was a truly memorable stay, and it is a place we would love to return to. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and relaxing Normandy experience

Magnifique gite dans un havre de paix Magnifique gite, véritable havre de paix dans un haras bordé de champs et de cours d'eau. La maison est très bien équipée, belle cheminée avec bois à disposition, des chambres avec de l'espace et une belle hauteur sous plafond. Le parc est magnifique et très bien entretenu par le propriétaire toujours disponible et très accueillant. C'est donc un gite très agréable à vivre pour une semaine, à qq km de Pont l'Evêque et de la côte normande.
