😊: Lovely location, with great views. Family friendly and hospitable owners. 😢: Old dishwasher left in utility room. Unable to play table tennis because of poor lighting. No information about bikes that were mentioned on the website. Fresh food in the fridge kept freezing. Freezer in the garage needs defrosting. Not enough loungers by the pool for the number of occupants..

😊: The location is excellent. The property is outstanding Spacious and well laid out Lots and lots of room even with 8 of us staying there Welcoming hosts and concierge service Everything you could need was there (except a microwave :-) ) Handy 2nd fridge in the garage was very useful Table tennis in the garage was good fun Livarot-Pays-d'Auge is a beautiful village / town with very good facilities. 😢: Nothing....we even got superb weather.

😊: The property was in a beautiful location. Just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the village. Amazing views and sunsets from the back of the property. The pool was a lovely addition, so refreshing on a hot day. Lovely bakery for fresh croissants in the morning. Lots of places to visit. Cerza zoo was amazing and only 30 minutes away. Cheese museum and shop just 5 minutes away and the village of Camembert 25 minutes drive. Also the D-Day beaches and museums are just over an hours drive.. 😢: The property was beautiful and well equipped. Some suggestions would be the grit outside the back door is easily walked into the house. Also could do with some smaller pans. It was also a shame that there was no swings on the frame, we were travelling with small children so this would have been a welcomed addition. Overall the property was enjoyed by all in the party and we would definitely visit again..
