Le PTIT MAZET - Appartement Mitoyen - Piscine - Pétanque - Apartment

😢: strongly advise against booking this property. On the very first night, I was bitten multiple times. After checking the bed and surrounding area, I found live bed bugs – both on the mattress and crawling on the wall. The bites were painful, extremely itchy, and caused both physical and emotional distress. I documented everything with photos and videos. The host’s response was completely unacceptable – no apology, no refund, no support. I had to leave the property immediately and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. I also had to treat my luggage and clothes due to possible infestation. It’s shocking that such a place is allowed to be listed on Booking.com. Hygiene, safety, and basic customer care are clearly not a priority here. Bottom line: Serious health risk – stay away!.
