😊: Not at all impressed.. 😢: Waiting in rain for an hour for someone to let us in and get key lock number. No heating. Mould on bed. Uncomfortable bed settee. Dirty cutlery and crockery..

😊: Cleanliness was good. Bathroom had huge shower & a washing machine. Thankfully the sofa bed was comfy. Once we realised there were electric blinds we found them useful.. 😢: Booked a very cheap 2 bedroom apartment. No bedrooms or beds when we arrived. False advertising. Luckily we didn't mind sharing the tiny bedsit sofa bed. Better kitchen utensils needed - No knife for chopping food. A cheese grater was needed. Hob would not work properly. Bathroom had a sewer smell in the morning. Hallway smelled of smokers..

😊: We had booked a two bedroomed apartment and arrived to find a small studio which was exceptionally clean and had lovely decor.. 😢: We could not contact either the owner or Booking.com to arrange access to the apartment we had actually booked and spent the night on a very creaky sofa bed. Nowhere to hang clothes or coats, difficult to access key box, sliding door to bathroom does not run smoothly and initially difficult to open..

😊: Everything was fabulous from the furniture to the amenities.. 😢: Maybe a toaster could be added and a lamp in the bedroom..

😊: Great location. Apartment was warm and comfortable. Parking on the road right outside the apartment. Very comfortable bed settee. Short walk along the river to the baker's.. 😢: A spare roll of toilet paper would have been useful. Both the washing up liquid and the hand wash had been watered down so much that they were useless..
