Le Raugraff - Charme et confort en plein coeur de Nancy

😊: C’est facile de récupérer la clé dans un autre bâtiment. Pas de problème particulier. L’appartement est bien propre comme photos avec tous les caractéristiques exactement notés sur l’annonce.. 😢: Pour ouvrir la première portail afin de rentrer dans le bâtiment de l’appartement, c’est assez compliqué à chaque fois. Je ne sais pas si elle est partiellement en panne ou quoi. J'arrivais à l’ouvrir très difficilement. J’ai appelé le propriétaire mais il m’a dit qu’il peut pas venir. Justement, si je n’arrivais pas à rentrer, comment je pourrais faire. J’ai essayé de débranché et rebranché le wifi mais ça ne marche pas toujours..

😊: Location. 😢: Dirty, kitchen utensils poor, little toilet paper, noisy refrigerator and a fan somewhere in or outside of the place. Keys for entry dodgy.

😊: No breakfast provided - question why when at genius status ????. 😢: It had a kitchen but no plates or cups / mugs and next to no pots to cook with. It would have been good to have a face to face on arrival as it was in normal working hours.

😊: Apartment was close to centrum of Nancy.. 😢: No parking place close to apartment. We had to look for place to park in public places. In the kitchen we found out some small insects in the flour. And the owner wrote to us that before our departure the whole apartment was cleaned up. I was surprised that as guest in this apartment we had to clean after us the apartment and throw out the trash and this was not mentioned while I reserved this apartment on booking.com webside. I have expected more current photos on the booking. com..
