Le Rayon Vert - Appt dans le centre de Bordeaux

😊: Отличные аппартаменты и оснащение. Единственное не было кондиционера, но в жару оказалось, что это не так уж и страшно.. 😢: При заезде был неприятный запах канализации, который выветрился практически полностью через несколько часов открытых окон. Район кажется немного неблагополучным, т.к. на окнах решетки. Парковки нет, ночью бесплатная парковка, днем приходилось искать где припарковаться, тк в выходные крытые парковки не работали..

😊: Spacious. Self checkin with key box. Location was good, near the Patinoire de Meriadeck. Streets are quiet and orderly. 2 separate bedrooms on either side of the living room and 2 separate bathrooms. Kitchen comes equipped with basic utensils, salt, pepper, coffee machine with some pods. 20 mins walk to Old Town and city. Trams and bus stops are also nearby 5-10 min walk. Some good eateries nearby.. 😢: No fans or AC which makes it unbearable to sleep during the heatwave (30-38 degC) when we were there. Asked the staff for some and their suggestion was to buy some ourselves from Lidl or other shops. One tea towel, no kitchen cloths to wipe. 5 rolls of very thin toilet paper for 3 persons over 10 days. Wrote to staff and they said it was just a starter pack so we should have bought more ourselves. Skylight in main bedroom was broken and constantly opening and closing on its own automatically due to a malfunctioning sensor or closing issue. Skylight motor is quite loud so when it rained in the middle of the night and triggered the constant opening and closing, we jumped up thinking someone was breaking in. First floor, so all windows open to neighbours walking by. Overall still a nice apartment, just some parts that were slightly lacking..

😊: A fantastic place to stay for 2 couples, large lounge/kitchen area separated 2 equally large ensuite rooms. Very modern and super clean, it was a perfect location for using trams on line A so excellent connections to the airport as well as exploring on foot. We loved it.. 😢: The second ensuite did not have a toilet, you had to leave the bedroom to access a toilet off the lounge. This was a bit odd and awkward but overall a nice place to stay..
