Le Rayz Vendôme

The room itself was OK, and the staff members I interacted with were friendly, but the hotel neither feels nor looks like the photos. The main issue is that there’s a club connected to the hotel, so you can both hear the music and feel the vibrations. As the club doesn’t close until the early hours of the morning, getting a good night’s sleep can be difficult. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel - especially for the price.

Room was clean, staff were not that friendly. Check in instructions were poor. Location was good. Expensive for the room

Staff was welcoming & helpful. Great recommendation on restaurants nearby. The room was clean & of good size. Breakfast is great with fresh juice & fresh pastries delivered to your room everyday. Great air con during heat wave. Could add a pair of kitchen scissors & some kitchen towels to make it even better.

The staff cannot do enough for you. They’re fluent in several languages, and will gladly do anything they can to help. For example, I Lost my eyeglasses at the ballet, and Antoine called the theatre, tracked down lost and found, and located my glasses for me. We needed a shoe repair shop, and again, front desk staff helped out by finding one for us. The hallmark of this hotel is outstanding and friendly staff.
