On your arrival, no place for luggage if arrive earlier than 4pm. you can't reach them by phone calls. The same for checkout, no place for luggage. when you communicate with message, they only speak french. And ignored message inquiring about possible late check-out and what-to-do with luggage. only when past 11am, they sent message asking for a fine of 30 Euros. when you try to argue, they sent payment link again and again. and justify their fine by accusing you of putting luaggage at the staircase etc. (minor things: you need to take out the garbage by yourself every day. No elevator if you have large suitcases.).
