LE REFUGE D'UN HÔTELIER PARISIEN: BELLE VILLA, A DEUX PAS DU CENTRE ET BELLE VUE

The villa was perfectly situated just five minutes walk away from the village square where we found plenty of fantastic food shops and cafes. The pool terrace overlooked the valley on one side of this perched medieval village. You could even see Antibes and the Med in the distance. The villa is set on two levels with two fairly private rooms outside the main block. It was even more spacious than we thought from the photos and had plenty of places to lounge about, barbecue and dine. It was really practical for us and the pool, though in the shade from around 6 pm was fairly large, safe and clean. I can really recommend this place. Vence is a great town nearby and almost any direction takes you to beautiful locations such as the Gord de Loup with its incredible geology and small villages. There's culture everywhere you look so we could have easily stayed another week. Pure Azur staff were very helpful and available should we have required them in any way.

A wonderful house for a relaxed holiday, in a lovely village. The layout of the house works very well, providing lots of comfortable places to relax in and out of the sun. The pool area is a delight, and the views towards the coast are beautiful. All the facilities work very well, and having en-suite facilities with every bedroom is welcome. The grounds give a feeling of isolation and privacy, even though the house is near the centre of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, where there are great places to eat and drink, plus decent shops. One issue was the provision of just one door key and remote for the gates. Another set of keys, or the use of the code for the gate, would have made things easier. A slight delay in accessing the annexe room could have been avoided, but apart from these matters, the team at Pure Azur was friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this property as a lovely place to stay (it is even lovelier than the on-line photos).
