😊: The house and concierge service is absolutely fantastic! House is super clean, spacious, modern interior, all facilities one could wish for. Parking on the property is great, concierge service is super friendly and helpful. Honestly, I’m truly having a hard time rating the property negatively, since it’s DEFINITELY not due to the owners, the house or the service provided. However…. 😢: The neighbors were extremely aggressive and unfriendly from the very beginning. On the first day, they threatened to call the police just because I was sitting in my car in front of the gate for a minute to look up an address. Later, they complained about supposed noise at 4 a.m. when everyone was asleep, again acting hostile and threatening. Even when we were home for less than an hour one evening (around 7 or 8 pm), they complained within 20 minutes about the kids walking around. They even have a camera pointed at the gate, so they can keep an eye on your every movement. Their constant aggression and intolerance made the entire stay very unpleasant and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early. For these reasons, unfortunately, I have to rate as “disappointing”, since I (as a potential client booking a holiday) would want to know this..
