😢: The apartment was not cleaned at all. The sleepwear was not changed and dirty. I sent two emails with request to clean the studio and they asked for pictures which I also sent but there was no reaction at all. I have never experienced such inappropriate hygiene and total lack of feedback! I was asked to provide pictures and I did this, but you are pretending that I haven't - this is also not correct at all. Nobody came in order to check the condition of the apartment and to change the sleepware!.
