😊: Well equipped good location good parking. 😢: The fans were completely inadequate for such hot weather Futon on floor was uncomfortable.

😊: Communication with the host and check in was good.. 😢: The location is a residential area with not much to offer. The rental was clean enough but some sofa pillows have obviously not been washed in a long time. The baby cot was supposed to be free on booking.com but the host charged us 10€ (cot+baby chair). There were silverfish in the bathroom. We were asked to through out the waste and undo the beds before we left which we found a strange thing to ask for. It should be included in a rental of this price range..

😊: I would like to notice that the reviews on booking as for this apartment are comply to the reality. Everything is clean, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay there. I really like the terrace that is a very well-groomed. The apartment is calm and cozy. Also I notice there is the good parking. It is so comfortable for the people with the car because to park the car in that area is not easy. I recommend to stay in Bao Location. 😢: I would be pay a bit more attention to the bathroom. It needs some floor mate or towel.
