😊: Quiet location. Relaxing environment with permanent residents. Free parking. Pool table was enjoyed. Washer / dryer good. Full size fridge. Bedrooms good for 2 couples. Property was interestingly decorated. Kitchen was well provided for except some basic items eg pepper, paper towel would be great.. 😢: We experienced very hot weather and no air-conditioning or fans were provided. We did get one fan on request. You could not sit outside at dusk or have doors open due to mosquitoes. The loft bedroom could not be used in summer. As overseas visitors we were disappointed with the town of Pont-d'Ain and close attractions. Would stay at Annecy instead. Outdoor area is not private and in summer can only be used in the morning. Very limited supplies. One toilet roll for downstairs bathroom! 2 for other toilet. Our stay was for 4 nights with 2 couples. A starter pack for guests including wine and chocolate would be an expected gesture for the price paid..
