Le Rêve de Fantasia - Enchantement à Disneyland

😊: La cercanía con Disney y transporte publico es brutalmente buena. La casa es muy amplia y acogedora.. 😢: Nada, todo fué fantástico. Quizá por poner una pega la falta de ascensor, es una segunda planta. Pero no nos importó.

😊: Location and facilities good.We enjoyed the stay. 😢: We arrived early after a long flight and had emailed often about arranging luggage storeage and an early cbeckin.We knew this was possible and would involve an extra cost .Unfortunately this didnt occur and we were a bit stranded until the cleaner arrived and stored our luggage The apartment was avaiable so we could of had the early checkin After so many emails this was a disappointing start On booking .com the address is not detailed you need to look into the guide to find it This was tricky after a long flight when you dont have tbe internet The guide book doesnot t include all facilitirs we had trouble with the television and were unsure about the heatingThe stairs were narrow and unlit which was dangerous.

😊: Great location in a quiet area, close to supermarket, close to bus stop and Metro station.. 😢: Two flights of spiral stairs to apartment - with no lift - only 2 rolls of toilet paper for an apartment with 4 occupants and no change of towels in 6 days (had we wanted a change of towels it was at an extra cost!) - no cloths to clean the table with or to clean the kitchen tops & cooker with, no rubbish bin bags, no broom to clean floors, only 1 cloth to wipe dishes - and we were expected to leave everything clean without these amenities - or else get charged! The wall clock needs batteries..

😊: the apartment is comfortable to stay, especially my kids love the appartment, very good location, near to disneyland.. 😢: little bit confused because didnt know the hidden policies when your going to check out, and i saw the messages when im in rome already, need to removed all bedsheets, and the trash need to bring down stair and so on, for me that we reach the appartment late at night and check out early to catch the flight, with 2 small kids and going down the 2nd floor just stairs with luggages is little bit hard, big different in rome because i am also working same field but never have this rules or policies..
