😊: Location for futuroscope, nesr good restaurants, big bathroom, parking, well stocked kitchenette. 😢: Hot but no air con so stuffy, bathroom door kept coming off runners.

😊: Simple and functional.. 😢: We had a very stressful and unpleasant experience with the property manager. My husband locked the door from the inside when we went out using the familar hotel lock. He didn't realise that I had unlocked the door upon arrival (using the key from the key box) with another deadbolt lock located higher on the door. There was NO KEY for the lock he had used, so we were locked out. The property manager insisted that there was NO key for this lock, and that WE were responsible for calling a locksmith!!?? After a long and unpleasant arguement with him, I finally managed to contact booking.com for support with this. He arrived just 10 minutes later with several keys. We lost nearly 2 hours trying to deal with this and he had been just 10 minutes away with a spare key. Why was it our responsibility to call a locksmith. If you do not want guests to use this lock, it must be decommissions. Otherwise, you should provide a key. In any case, the way this was dealt with was shameful. Note: there was evidence on the door and frame that this has been broken into before..
