😊: Location. 😢: The bed creaked, no tea towels.

😊: Great location Good parking Nice kitchen and living space but needed more crockery, cutlery, glasses, a can opener, a corkscrew and a bottle opener. Dishwasher door also wouldn’t stay down wanted to close all the time so you had to use your foot to keep it down. Netflix available to connect to on TV. 😢: Rest of the apartment was very tired. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Ancient top loading washing machine needs replacing. Door handle for bedroom comes off when you use it. Main bed very creaky. Hob apparently had a lock on it even though the padlock light wasn’t on. Even though we live in England and have a gas hob and have rented apartments in about 8 other European countries , according to the manager we’re supposed to know the hob laws in France. LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS for hobs/ovens. We were woken up in the night by a continuous beeping from the electric board which I traced to the water heater so switched it off. I reported this to the manager who didn’t read/ ignored my WhatsApp messages then tried gaslighting me saying he knew there was a slight noise coming from the copper coil. He wasn’t here, didn’t hear the noise and didn’t get woken up in the middle of the night so how does he know? He eventually said perhaps he’d get an electrician to take a look, which didn’t happen during our 3 night stay. This is an important safety issue when the electric board has a continuous beeping noise emitting- how can this be shrugged off?.

😊: Exceptional location close to prime area, Little Venice. Secure private parking. Ample space and very comfortable.. 😢: A little awkward accessing the property but quickly rectified. Bedroom had a squeaky floor..

😊: Location is perfect, in the heart of the city but without crowds of people.. 😢: The apartment was not properly cleaned. The bathroom needed more attention. Dust and hair everywhere. There was a strange bed in one of the rooms. Some wooden parts under the mattress were missing or broken. It was uncomfortable to sleep. Needs to be replaced or repaired..

😊: The apartment is nice, has everything you need. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city center. Instructions for check-in were clear, it was easy to find and get in. The parking spot is an absolute gem!!. 😢: Small things to improve like the shower leaked a bit but nothing bothering - overall, a great place to stay..
