😊: The general location was excellent - walking distance to the main part of the city. Car parking was a bonus (and secure) although the access gate needed attention. 😢: The kitchen was poorly equiped - for example no pepper & salt, and the collection of utensils interesting and not that very serviceable. The requirement for a 1000 Euro security deposit was 'over the top' - understand that hosts like to have a deposit, but it seems to be excessive! The condoms in the kitchen were a surprise!.

Fantastisch.<br>#128578; Een mooi ingericht appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Het terras is groot en ligt gunstig op de zonzijde. Ligging is zeer goed. Parkeerterrein is afgesloten en naast de woning.Op loopafstand ( 5 minuten ) van het mooie centrum van Brive. Voordat je aankomt krijg je een bericht van de verhuurder via de sms. We hadden een vraag en kregen direct reactie.
