Le Rooftop d’Isa

😊: Immaculately presented. Clean, tidy and modern flat. A lot of care and thought has been put into the decor and presentation of the flat. Gorgeous rooftop area with cushioned chairs. Black out blinds at the window helped for a great night's sleep.. 😢: There was a little mix-up with the check-in times, as my messages were unfortunately missed, which was not good after a 12 hour drive. I also hadn’t realised that the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and doesn’t have a door. This may just be my personal preference, but I do prefer a little more privacy, so it wasn’t quite ideal for me. Overall, though, these were just small points that may not be an issue for everyone..

😊: Very nice appartment with fantastic view on the rooftop. The building in new in residental disctrict.. 😢: Communication with the host wasn´t easy. There was some delay with key handover, had to wait quite a long time. Too many regulation to be followed. Water to washing machine was turned off, it was hard to find where the closure is. And there was little problem with water leaked. But the main problem is that the host refused to exhibit the facture after departure - I have never encountered this when using Booking..

😊: The layout and facilities. The apartment has a beautiful terrace and is very quiet. The landlady was very kind and accommodating, we had a late arrival and also she offered the underground garage for our bikes.. 😢: There is nothing we didn’t like..

😊: Isabelle welcomed us into her very clean and nice looking appartment, in a very peacefull neighbourhood. She even texted us after a few days to make sure everything was going ok. The appartment had everything we needed, our dog could even stay there without any extra costs, which was also really nice. Perfect appartment for a couple with a dog 😊. 😢: /.
