Le Rosier

Rosier We were prepared for the little mountainroad up to the village ( previous reviews !) so that went well although it is a bit of a challenge the first time if you are not used to it. We were not entirely prepared for the secludedness of the village so that was a bit of a shock the first evening. After 24 hrs we were completely hooked though and Trips to Castellane for groceries and swimming pool became great fun. Bring sweaters and socks ( it does get cool in the evening ! ) The Kirchen was well equipped and the bedrooms are lovely. We liked it.
