Mini frigo, pas de machine expresso pas de fenetre donnant sur l'exterieur , sauf entrée donnant sur un passage les prestations sont un peu survendues; la piscine est belle mais le local est en cours d'amenagement, la salle de billard en travaux. Gentiment degagée par le propriétaire. En resumé un peu cher pour la qualité de la prestation.

Paul et Sarah ont le sens de l’accueil ! Aux petits soins, A l’écoute de chaque besoin, adaptables, au top ! À l image du joli panier d’accueil. L’endroit est charmant, bien entretenu, très bien équipé. Rien à reprocher, à refaire !!

We had two great weeks. We stayed with our two children (7 and 9 years old) in Le Rosier. Paul and Sarah are very nice people who do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The bottle of wine upon arrival was really a pleasant surprise and the weekly get together was fenominal, twice..... :) We recieved many tips from Paul and Sarah about the nice places to visit in the area, so we experienced the French live to the fullest. The two boys emjoyed the swimming pool and the game room very much. The apartment Le Rosier is very spacious and well-kept and has a nice terrace. We will definitely return!! A great place to unwind and recharge the batteries, set in the middle of large park like grounds with stunning views of picturesque Penne D'Agenais. The three Gites can accommodate 2 to 14 people people ( 1bed with mezzanine 2 to 4 people) (2 bed 4 to 5 people) (2 bed 5 to 6 people) in a lovely barn conversion with original features that are well equipped. There is a large (11 metre) pool that can be enjoyed when a little warmer and there is even a games room. It is very reasonably priced. It is a short walk to a water park that is ideal for children, which includes a restaurant. A further walk takes you to the medieval town of Penne D'Agenais, with it's quaint streets and shops and it's beautiful domed church that can be seen for miles around. The town also has a large choice of restaurants for most tastes. You can walk (or drive) to the close by river Lot with it's various water sports and views. Within a drive are three interesting Chateaux and many interesting towns and villages of the area. If you like walking / cycling / day trips or just time by the pool it is well worth considering.
