😊: Location is great, the bed is very comfortable, facilities were good, tv options great.. 😢: The kitchen had unclean surfaces, kettle was unclean and leaked, the fridge/freezer was unclean with the freezer kept shut by cardboard to stop the food in the fridge from freezing, no toileteries were provided, bathroom extractor not working, bathroom ceiling peeling off, bathroom door doesn't open/close/shut easily. No comment from property manager when asked for unbroken kettle..
