😊: Ночевать на улице Хозяин лжец. 😢: ❗️Terrible experience — we were left on the street at night with a child and an elderly person We had agreed with the host in advance via WhatsApp to arrive on July 5th between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The host assured us that he had left the keys at a partner hotel. We arrived at 8:45 PM, but there were no keys at the reception. The hotel staff member, who had been working since noon until 10:00 PM, said she didn’t know this host and had not received any keys. We tried to contact the host, but he kept stalling with vague answers until 9:50 PM. At that point, I called Booking.com customer support, expecting help. Only after that, the host replied through the platform: “You can pick up the keys in the morning.” In other words, we were expected to spend the night without accommodation, despite having booked and paid in advance. We were left outside — four people, including a child, a dog, and a 75-year-old grandmother. We had to sleep in the car, without any support. Booking support did not help — just promises and silence. Later we found out that the hotel had no connection to the apartment, and even refused to take the keys back, since they had nothing to do with the rental. When we finally entered the apartment the next morning, it was filthy — hair all over the floor, clearly not cleaned since the last guest (as mentioned in older reviews). There were someone’s underwear left in the shower, and the toilet had dried urine stains. It was disgusting. To make things worse, after we checked out, the host messaged us saying he would call the police, without giving any explanation. The host was dishonest and irresponsible, and the Booking.com platform provided zero help during an emergency. This was an extremely stressful and unsafe situation for our family. I do not recommend this property or the platform’s handling of such cases. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same experience..
