😊: Location was ok. 😢: NO AIRCONDITIONER Bathroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of sewerage all the time. When we arrived on a Sunday, the Checkin instructions were wrong, no phone calls were being answered- it was extremely hot outside. I had to send an email. 45 minutes later we got a reply with correct instructions. Upon leaving we were told that they would seek a refund of sorts….. well nothings has been said since. This place was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Booking.com also said they would seek some refund, clearly just words and no action..
