😊: The studio apartment is newly renovated and well appointed with small kitchenette and bathroom. The location was great for us and the bed very comfortable. It was beautifully clean.. 😢: The communication was slow. We received a farewell message before we received the access details which was explained as an automatic message. Getting the access details required two phone calls. Posting a deposit of €500 seemed excessive for one night given that we were there just overnight - less than 24 hours. We are still waiting for a full refund 5 days later..
